The Brother PT-E560BTVP Professional Handheld Label Printer is engineered specifically for electricians, network technicians, datacom installers, and other professionals who require fast, durable, and clearly formatted labels on-site. Labels up to 24mm wide can be printed at speeds of up to 30mm/sec, while dedicated one-touch industry application keys are provided for common tasks such as general labelling, faceplates, cable flags and wraps, punch down blocks, and patch panels.
Professional labelling workflows are made more efficient through Bluetooth and USB connectivity, allowing labels to be designed and printed from compatible mobile devices or PCs. An automatic full and half cutter with an easy-peel function is included, so multiple labels can be produced in one continuous strip and separated quickly when required. QR code printing is also supported, providing additional flexibility for electrical, networking, asset identification, and installation applications.
A wide range of specialist media can be used, including TZe laminated tapes, strong adhesive tapes, flexible ID tapes, HSe heat shrink tubing, and self-laminating tapes. Brother TZe laminated labels are designed to resist water, abrasion, and chemicals, making them suitable for demanding professional environments. A rechargeable Li-Ion battery, USB Type-C cable, 24mm TZe flexible ID tape, and hard carrying case are supplied for convenient use on-site.
Durable labels up to 24mm wide can be printed, allowing detailed information to be displayed clearly across cables, faceplates, patch panels, electrical equipment, racks, cabinets, and other professional installations.
Six dedicated application keys are provided to simplify frequently performed labelling tasks. Functions are included for general labels, faceplates, cable flags/wraps, punch down blocks, and patch panel identification, allowing commonly used layouts to be accessed quickly.
Labels can be produced at speeds of up to 30mm per second, helping large labelling jobs to be completed efficiently and reducing time spent producing identification labels on-site.
An automatic full and half cutter is integrated into the printer. The easy-peel functionality allows multiple labels to be printed continuously while making individual labels easier to remove from their backing.
Bluetooth connectivity is built in, allowing industrial labels to be created from compatible mobile devices using the Pro Label Tool app. Industry-standard templates can be accessed, while labels can also be customised and serialised directly from a mobile device.
USB connectivity is provided for PC-based label creation and printing. More detailed layouts can be prepared when desktop-based label design is preferred.
P-touch Editor 6.0 is supplied as standard and can be used to create customised labels containing elements such as logos and barcodes. Its upgraded interface and functionality are designed to provide a connected label creation workflow.
QR codes can be incorporated into labels, making the printer suitable for applications where digital information, identification details, equipment records, or other scannable information needs to be included.
A variety of specialist tapes can be used, including strong adhesive, flexible ID, heat shrink tubing, and self-laminating tapes. This allows the label format to be matched more closely to different electrical and networking applications.
Brother TZe laminated tapes are designed to withstand demanding environments. Labels are made to be waterproof, abrasion-resistant, and chemical-resistant, making them suitable for professional installations where long-lasting identification is required.
Compatibility with Brother HSe heat shrink tubes is provided, allowing cables and wires to be identified with a professional heat-shrink labelling solution.
Labels can be created for a wide range of electrical and datacom identification requirements, including danger and warning signs, switch gear, electrical wires, consumer units, patch panels, racks and cabinets, CAT5E cabling, and CAT6A network cabling.
